As the list of images attached to the accounts increases, it may be difficult at a glance to find a specific image. CollectMax has a search feature that allows you to search by name or description to find a particular document attached to an account.
From a Debtor's Account, click the button to display a list of images attached to the account.
Click the 
button to display the search screen.
Enter an Image Name or Description Keyword or complete name and click the 
button. Any images with the keyword listed in the name or description will be displayed.
